Please note that you will receive a fulfilment email once we have processed your order. This will then be passed on to Royal Mail or Courier service to deliver in your specified delivery choice.
We try our best to fulfil your order the same day Monday - Friday and orders placed over the weekend will usually be fulfilled on a Monday.
All delivery dates given are approximate and we cannot guarantee any delivery timescale as this is out of our hands once in the Royal Mail/Courier system.
Returns
We would like to think it’s highly unlikely that you are not going to be 100% satisfied with your order from us. However, in the event that you do wish to return the order back to us please read our returns policy below for all information on how to do so. You have 30 days from the date purchased to return the goods back to us.
If 30 days has lapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of opened/used items.
You dog disliking an item unfortunately is not a returns reason as we cannot guarantee this prior to purchase, we suggest buying from our singles items before committing to pack quantities to ensure your dog enjoys them.
Refunds
Once your return is received, inspected and refund decision made we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 10 days.

Postage costs are non-refundable, you are responsible for covering the returning postage. If your refund is accepted, the original cost of postage (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.
