We have had great success in building up dogs water confidence and technique in water, our lessons have a member of the team in with them to help them with their skills.
Life Jackets are available to use, but as sessions go on we can help them to eventually go jacket free if possible.
What if? What if your dog fell into water, could you direct them, would they panic? Do they have the experience to navigate themselves out? Whilst our pool doesn't totally replicate natural bodies of water, we can teach them the verbal cues to direct them and the correct technique to help them be boyant. Along with the ability to not panic which naturally helps technique.
Once the panic and technique are there, then comes the fun.... the leaping, the duck collecting and joy...
Our sessions are for 30 minutes and various options depending on the amount of dogs you would like to bring or if your dog is able to swim unaided or with minimal support from you. we always suggest that you book a lesson before a private session so a member of the team can assess your dogs abilities and needs from a handler.
At no point should the dogs be unsupervised in the pool.
